This updated getaway has been nicely decorated and features an open floor plan with a cozy living area, dining area, and a full kitchen with all the necessities. Relax on the balcony with the expansive and stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. Amazing shared amenities include two outdoor pools, an indoor pool, tennis courts, a steam room, a gym, and an outdoor shower. Barbecue areas with shared charcoal grills are ideal for cookouts. A community boardwalk leads you straight to the sparkling coastline. Added perks of this family-friendly vacation rental include central air-conditioning, two TVs, free WiFi, a washer/dryer, and cable.

THINGS TO KNOW
Seaside Beach & Racquet is comprised of five buildings situated on the ocean side of Orange Beach. The first digit of the room number identifies the building number. Buildings 1 and 2 are closest to the tennis courts and do not offer a view of the ocean. Building 3 offers a panoramic view of the ocean, while 4 and 5 offer partial or angled views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico.
A queen sofabed and a queen Murphy bed in the living area add extra sleeping options.

Buildings 1 - 5 are currently undergoing overhead/ balconies/ walkway spot repairs estimated time of completion should be Dec. 1, 2025. Jackhammering should be completed by May 1st.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Location. Location.

Condo was as listed. Had a comfortable bed and great view of the beach. However property was a little tired. Could benefit from a refresh of furniture, kitchen appliances and overall paint & deco.

This is a beautiful property, very well located right on the beach. Also, very close to shopping and dining. Our unit had everything you could ask for during our stay. Unfortunately, we could only stay a short 3 days. We will be back as soon as possible. We absolutely loved our visit.

Perfect Getaway

I found the property to be perfect for a weekend getaway. The property was as described in the listing. Clean, plenty of linens, perfect location and the balcony was small but the views and sounds were amazing. Nothing negative to report on this property! I will look at booking this one again.

Condo was aged

I was somewhat disappointed with the overall condition. The balcony door would not open without extreme effort (my wife could not open or close it), the HVAC system went out the second day, however, was promptly fixed once we made them aware, and there was repair work being done adjacent to the unit resulting in a deafening noise from the drill and jackhammer, that it was unbearable. We considered leaving early.

Cozy 2 person condo

Beautiful ocean view, nicely decorated condo for 2. Very small condo. Sleeps 6 with a pull out sofa and Murphey bed, but there is no way it would hold 6 people comfortably. The patio is also super small and only 2 people can fit. For 2 people, it was cozy.

First timer.

First time at Orange Beach and first time using VACASA. Loved the beach and the location. The unit was on the beach with great access to the beach and local shops and restaurants. What we didn't love was the handle on the sliding glass door to the balcony was broken off. Called immediately, wasn't fixed when we checked out 10 days later. Very inconvenient. Talked to management several times with a different answer each time.
