This delightful, two-story home can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 9 guests within the 1500 square feet of beautifully appointed living space, making it an optimal size and layout for small families. Prepare a freshly cooked meal in the well-stocked kitchen showcasing stainless steel appliances and beautiful quartz counter tops. Drip-style coffee maker and Keurig, both are provided. There is also a counter high bar with 3 barstools and a table for 6 to enjoy your take-out or a home cooked meal. This home offers a balcony overlooking the marshy waterways offering a peaceful relaxing feel. The living room offers a comfy sofa, which provides additional sleeping on the pullout bed tucked inside. There is a full bathroom with walk-in shower next to the living area for guests using the pull-out. During downtime, watch your favorite shows on one of the flat screen TVs or connect with your friends back home via free Wi-Fi. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the unit. The second guest bedroom has a Twin over Queen bunk bed. All bedrooms offer flat screen TVs for entertainment purposes. All three beautiful bedrooms have private, en suite bathrooms. The primary bedroom is located across from the two guest rooms and has a beautiful walk-in shower in the bathroom. This home offers a balcony overlooking the tropical lakes and wetlands, offering a peaceful relaxing feel. Beach access is located ¼ mile at Romar Beach Public Access. This home is walking distance to Live Bait, Beachside mini golf, The Ruby Slipper, and Docs Seafood! The pool is a short walk just down the street, you can see the pool from the front porch.

* PARKING RESTRICTION: There are 3 Designated Spots, multiple Guest Spots Nearby. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
