• Parking for up to 4 vehicles, parking is directly in front of the home. These are assigned parking spaces,
please do not park in front of other homes
Things to know
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
• Dogs are welcome — maximum of 2 dogs per stay, each weighing up to 30 lbs. A pet fee of $175 plus taxes applies per dog.
House rules
• For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
