You're going to have tons of fun when you book this amazing suite with gorgeous Gulf views right from the private balcony. Cook up world-class meals in the full kitchen then enjoy a good DVD movie on one of the three TVs. Spend the day on the beach then take the elevator up to this third-floor suite. When it's time to call it a night, you'll have two well-appointed bedrooms to enjoy.

Things to Know
Seaside Beach & Racquet is comprised of five buildings situated on the ocean side of Orange Beach. The first digit of the room number identifies the building number. Buildings 1 and 2 are closest to the tennis courts and do not offer a view of the ocean. Building 3 offers a panoramic view of the ocean, while 4 and 5 offer partial or angled views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico.

Buildings 1 - 5 are currently undergoing overhead/ balconies/ walkway spot repairs estimated time of completion should be Dec. 1, 2025. Jackhammering should be completed by May 1st.

Enjoyed our stay!

We booked this condo because our Mom was staying in another building in the same complex. The unit was a good size for 4 of us & location was great. Little things like new toilet seats that were worn would improve upon the place but we would book it again.

Great place

Perfect for our family of 5! Only thing I’d recommend to someone is bringing their own blankets. The blankets on the beds are very thin.

Requires two hands to open the door as you have to turn the deadbolt and the knob at the same time. Also, the deadbolt was the only lock that worked. The top lock didn’t work. Felt very unsafe. The furniture was very old and smelt musty. The fridge was loud the whole time. WiFi would not work. If you have kids, I do not recommend because when you walk, it jars the whole condo. Great floor plan. Very comfy beds.

Condo 1313 at Seaside Beach and Racquet Club. My family made the best out of it. Pros: Perfect size for a family of four. Has Plenty of dishes,blankets, etc Cons: VERY OLD FURNITURE Has not been updated in 30+ years. Dirty couch. Tiny TVs. Bare minimum on upkeep. AIR CONDITIONER WASN’T WORKING. They provided 1 FAN. The owners or the company I booked with did NOT respond to any questions or request to moving me to another unit. Communication is absolutely terrible. I messaged and called several times I got one response to all those and it didn’t answer any questions I asked. The owners did not disclose the condo number, in fact I had to call when we checked in (thankfully that time they answered) and get it. The lady I spoke with wasn’t pleasant at all. The return air vent is caked with dust. They should provide a blow dryer. The beds have liners but not mattress protectors on them and when I took them off to prepare to leave the mattresses have lots of stains. The walk from the back porch to the beach is definitely more than 75 yards and you cannot see the beach from the condo. I request beach view. There was no instruction folder, with instructions for check in/out or information about the condo or area. I felt mislead about the location of the condo. The hurricane did some damage to the entire property too and It wasn’t clearly communicated either. There are lots of equipment and construction tools in the parking lots. Parking is now $30 per vehicle and only one is available with each condo. Upon arrival no guard at gate the second day returning the guy was there and wanted me to pay I refused.

Great condo for the price.

We completely enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and looked just as advertised. The only hitch was the VRBO listing said it included one parking pass but we were charged for one at check in. Apparently the listing elsewhere does not include the pass. We easily contacted the property manager who issued us a refund for the parking pass. Overall it was a great stay and we would book here again in the future.
