Phoenix 8 Unit #605...This is the perfect condo for a couple, or a family with small kids! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to prepare meals while you are at the beach! The Master bedroom is large and has a King sized bed and an adjoining bathroom! And, the sofa pulls out into a queen bed for the kids!

Enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening on the balcony. The views are spectacular! This is why you are coming to the beach!!

Phoenix VIII is much smaller than some of the other Phoenix properties which is a good thing! Parking in the front is always available and the elevators are almost never crowded. There is a full service help desk in the lobby where you purchase your parking pass upon arrival.

Loved the location . Beautiful views! Literally a 2-3 minute walk to the beach from your front door. Condo was perfect for us. Kitchen had all the supplies you needed to cook which was a plus . Quiet building.

Being smaller than most of the Phoenix resorts meant we always got a great parking spot, never had to wait long for an elevator, and was able to use the pickleball court pretty much when we pleased. Loved having coffee and meals on the balcony.

This was an excellent location for 2 people. Everything was cleaned and as pictured in the listing. We have absolutely no complaints. Added benefit of there being an ice machine in the lobby to purchase 16lb bag of ice for our cooler. We would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo! It is beautiful, great use of space, and plenty of room for two people. I will definitely book this again when traveling without the kids. The only suggestion I have is to have an additional mirror somewhere in the condo, besides the bathroom. Great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was clean, well laid out and had a beautiful view of the beach. We never had a long wait for an elevator. The only downside was that our week went by too fast. My husband and I will definitely plan another trip to Orange Beach!

My husband and I were were very pleased with this condo. It is the perfect size for a husband and wife or a small family like myself (husband, 1 year old and myself). Great location . The beach side chair service Ikes was great . I did not give this location a 5 star because there were terrible fruit flies and awful smelling disposal. The fruit flies were there the day we arrived. Other than that this is a great condo.

It was my husband and I. It was just as described. Quiet, clean, and a beautiful view. The kitchen had all the basics to cook. The building is smaller than the other properties which was great for us. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. The staff was extremely friendly. The security guard was friendly as well and felt like our car was safe. We enjoyed walking on the beach each morning. It was close to many restaurants and shops. Renting chairs was easy and again that part of the beach wasn’t as busy as other parts. We would stay again!

Perfect for couples or even a family with 1-2 small children. Great location, nice views of the gulf. I enjoyed seeing the boats come in/out of the bay. The Phoenix VIII is a favorite of mine due to the location on the gulf and smaller size of the facility. No elevator, or parking issues. Also the pool is not over crowded. Melissa was great to rent from. Very professional and timely with the booking process. Also provided extra information such as packing list, and favorite places. Will definitely rent from her again.

This property is in a great location, convenient to shopping and restaurants and the view is awesome. Check in is simple w just a code. The elevators are quick and parking is not bad. Renter beware, the lady at the check in counter was rude and made it very evident she was annoyed I was getting my parking pass at 4:50 (can't check in till 4) since she got off at 5. Another piece of advice, don't rent beach chairs because there will be people that are going to set up their own in front of you and block your view so save your money.
