    Come see why this 8th Floor Phoenix Orange Beach condo is the best for your family!



    Our condo is perfectly situated on the 8th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! Avoid the elevators and park on the same floor as the condo!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



    Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” 4K SMART TV in living room and a 60" 4K SMART TV in the master, and a 43" 4K SMART TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and two Queen beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms for sleeping up to 10.



    There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court on the 10th floor.



    There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



    Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. We also have several other 3br and 4br condos in the building should you have a large group and need more space!



    Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Wonderful view! Balcony was spacious and relaxing! Interior was very spacious and comfortable. Pools were great and never had to wait for elevators. Only negative was the mold in the master shower. Would definitely recommend to friends AND we would stay again!

Very clean condo. Convenient parking and beach access. Quiet neighbors. Beautiful views. Adding more than 1 roll of TP, 1 dishwasher pod, and 1 garbage can bag would be nice but stores are just across the road. We will be back.

Beach Bliss

We enjoyed staying here! We are a family of nine and there was plenty of room for all of us. Having three bathrooms was great! The view from the balcony is priceless. The 8th floor was perfect and being able to park on the same floor was very convenient.

Snowbirds escape Wisconsin February

Excellent retreat in Orange Beach with above average temps and sunshine. The condo was perfect for location, view, accommodations and amenities. We had a few minor issues with the condo but they were handled quickly by the condo manager and maintenance staff.

Excellent Condo!! A total of 10 of us stayed in this beautiful condo. We had a total of 4-children ranging from 8-2yrs and 6-adults. We had plenty of room & the view off the gracious size balcony was amazing. The Host is very kind and great at getting back to you with any questions you may have. The pool area is very clean and great for the kids who want a break from the beach and the bathrooms are nice a clean also. You can rent beach chairs/umbrellas from Ike’s on the beach. Parking is great it’s on the same level as the condo so it is a very easy walk, especially when unloading the cars, and there are complementary carts that you can get from the lobby to help with your luggage. The condo stay guarantees you two parking spots. But we were able to get a third no problem and we went on a very popular holiday memorial day . And if for any reason you’re unable to get additional parking beyond the two spots they do offer you secured parking at a different location on Canal Street is available it’s is about 2 miles from the hotel.We will definitely be back next year. Lovely property

We had an amazing stay at this condo. It was decorated beautifully. It had everything we needed for cooking meals. All of the furniture was very comfortable. We enjoyed have the indoor hot tub and pool for cool days. We also enjoyed the outdoor lazy river and easy access to the beach. We loved this unit being on a level we could park on. We utilized the gym which was very nice. We were walking distance from multiple restaurants and grocery stores. We would definitely stay again.

The condo was spacious and accommodated our large family. However, it was dirty. The floors were filthy and there were other areas that definitely needed to be cleaned really well! I contacted the manager and he offered to have someone come out and re-mop.

The condo was very comfortable but had some issues with the Kitchen and ice maker. The condo could use come new pots and pans and also a better selection of pot sizes. There wasn’t any Pyrex bowls for the microwave. Let’s just say the kitchen equipment was very limited and if you plan to prepare a meal during your stay this isn’t the condo for you.

Thankfully it was only a three night stay. Would not stay here again.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was not properly cleaned, and for the price, I expected it to be in much better condition. Food crumbs on the rugs and under furniture in several rooms. Floors had been noticibly not mopped or otherwise cleaned. Caked dust on ceiling fans, on some tables and on baseboards. Kitchen cabinets were grimy and needed to be wiped down. Won’t go back.

Dirty.

This condo was beautiful. But it had not been cleaned at all for I don’t know how long. The floor made the bottom of my socks black….not dirty….black! The showers had viable mold, the refrigerator was filthy inside and out. The microwave was just as bad. The bedding was dirty with stains and the toilets did not have sanitary cleaning! I reached out to the gentleman taking care of the property and he argued with me until I sent him pictures. He yelled at me about even calling him on a Sunday. So expensive as well with $55 parking fee. No one was watching over their teenagers and they were running wild, yelling and calling people names. We will never rent a Phoenix property again!
