Spanning approximately 2,500 square feet, this condo features a magnificent wrap-around balcony accessible from the living area, providing unparalleled views of the Gulf.

The Primary suite, an oasis of relaxation, boasts a King bed, a 55-inch flat-screen Smart TV, and a lavish private bath equipped with a Jacuzzi tub, a large walk-in tile shower with dual shower heads, and dual vanities. Each of the other bedrooms is thoughtfully designed for comfort and privacy. The second bedroom offers two Full beds and a private bath with double shower heads. The third bedroom is a haven with a King bed and a private bath, while the fourth bedroom also features two Full beds. Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Great space

We try to book a beach vacation every summer with our family. The space and kitchen was great. The wrap around deck was nice. We cooked almost every meal because it is too hard to go out to eat after a long day at the beach with young children. It was nice to have a storage pantry and a large kitchen to accommodate cooking for 14 people. Would stay again

This condo exceeded our expectations! The condo was very neat/clean, beautifully decorated and very spacious. The view from the 19th floor balcony was wonderful! We throughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning and staying in this condo again in the future!

Orange Beach

Property was spacious, beautiful and the perfect place for a multi-generational vacation. Two bedrooms had king sized beds which was a huge plus. The view from the balcony was spectacular. We would love to stay in this same condo again.

Amazing Views and Unit

We enjoyed staying in this unit so much. The sunsets were amazing from the balcony every single night- I’ve never seen such beautiful ones while at the beach with the unobstructed views. The condo was decorated very nice and we loved the shiplap accent wall behind the tv- nice touch! Furniture was wonderful and beds were comfortable. We will definitely be booking this unit again! Also, Liquid Life was so easy to work with for our stay. Highly recommend booking through them. Thanks!

Family Fun in Orange Beach

Condo was clean, roomy and beautiful view from balcony. Plenty of room for 9 adults and 4 kids. Great kitchen, eating area. After maintenance fixed air on first day, the condo was cool for the trip. Ice maker didn’t work, but fridge provided some ice. Pool was shut down several times, weather related.Overall very satisfied with rental.

Gulf Shores Condo

The size and location of the condo is great. Would have liked the kitchen to be a little more stocked, but it had all the essentials. The balcony was a perfect size and we had a lot of room to spread out. With each bedroom having a bathroom, it kept the adults from being able to not share with the kids!! The building elevators were a mess to deal with but that had nothing to do with the property itself.

the unit was nice and very spacious. However the beds were hard and We could hear every noise from the floor above us and the AC in the unit. So if you are a light sleeper maybe bring some Tylenol pm. The amenities were great close access to the beach and the lazy river and slide was perfect for the kids. Maybe they will get some softer mattresses next time.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Phoenix West II condo #1901 Aug 14-22, 2021. We had issues with the washer and microwave which was taken care of within 24 hours. The couches and chairs were dirty and stained. The mattresses were on the low end of the scale. Having stayed at the Phoenix West II before, I would highly recommend the property itself but not this particular condo.

Great condo for multiple families.

This condo is great for multiple families. Each room has its own bathroom plus a hallway 1/2 bath. All the beds were extremely comfortable! The kitchen is well stocked and has tons of space. The balcony is large and we ate dinner out there almost every night. The only trouble was with the entertainment in the room. The DVD players in each room were not hooked up ( the kids watch movies at night)and the cable in two of the rooms were not working. We had to call DISH and they fixed it for us. Also, the picture on the TV in the den was not fitting on the screen and we could not see the score on the screen for football. Overall, it is a wonderful, spacious condo!

Our Stay July 3-10, 2022

The location of the property was perfect. Pros: 1. We had our very own fireworks show right below our balcony on the 19th floor on the 4th of July, was spectacular. 2. The space was sufficient 3. The AC worked wonderfully. 4. Loved the large pantry. Cons: 1. The elevators were a nightmare, waiting sometimes up to 45 minutes, a bunch of very unhappy people on this property. 2. I saw some old reviews about the furniture being very stained and would have thought that would have been addressed, but it wasn't, there should be a more durable fabric in a property you are renting. 3 . The refrigerator is very old and when we first opened it a shelf fell out, my husband went to Walmart and got a part to fix it. It did not cool well at all. 4. I love to cook and was looking forward to that since in the pictures it looked like a big kitchen. The stove was very old, as well as the dishwasher, there was no quality cookware or knives at all and the serving dishes were very scarce. 5. A couple of the sinks in the bathrooms would not drain properly, my husband fixed them. 6. I wish there was a property management company that would let you visit the property before you rent, know that's not going to happen, but I'd at least know what additional items I would need to bring and get an idea of what I was renting. Pictures can be very deceiving.

The pictures don't do it justice

The pictures don't do this unit justice at all! It is huge and perfect for large groups! Each bedroom has its own little balcony too. The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable, and the view is amazing. The trash chute is right outside the door too! The only complaint I have is housekeeping. Everything was clean, except the floors. I don't think they had ever been mopped. The bottoms of our feet were dirty after we walked across the floor barefooted. We also had to wash our sheets again as they were all full of sand. These are minor things compared to the amazing condo as a whole. I know check in is at 3pm, but we arrived at 1:30 to see if we could just put our things in our room and head to the beach. We were told our room may be clean but we couldn't have the code until housekeeping said it was clean. We came upstairs to our condo and sat our things outside the door. All lights were off and no sign of housekeeping. A lady at the front said if we didn't see housekeeping then it was cleaned and ready. We didn't get the code until 3:15 after we had to call and ask for it. So basically even though your room is clean and ready, they aren't letting you in until 3. But be ready for them to start texting and sending several emails for you to checkout starting at 7:30am. Everyone has been super friendly and beyond helpful with everything. I highly recommend, just know you aren't getting in before 3 even though it's ready.

Beautiful condo, huge, easily fit all 10 of us

This is a really great condo- nicely decorated with beach themes and colors. Corner room provides an amazing view of the ocean and the state park. The kitchen is large and decently stocked with utensils, pots, pans, etc. We cook most of our meals and we found that they had pretty much everything we needed. We brought our own electric skillet for pancakes. Loved having the ice machine at the bar! We enjoyed having the big dining table and extra seating at the kitchen bar. The larger master bedroom has a huge walk- in closet that easily accommodated our pack n play for the baby. Big foyer allowed for shoe and beach toy piles without dragging everything through the condo. Beach access, pool, lazy river and water slide are all excellent. Complaints: These condo companies simply do not clean their properties well at all. We've never been in one that was actually clean. When we arrived, there were visible crumbs on the dining table and all over the kitchen counters. The floors turned everyone's feet black. I emailed the owner and they sent housekeeping out to fix it within 24 hours. But still, if you are going to send your clients several emails ahead of time bragging about how clean your condo is, it needs to actually be clean. The fridge had cracked storage baskets - we took one out before we even loaded the fridge up with our stuff so it wouldn't fall to the floor. The microwave kept shorting out and flipping the breaker. Thankfully we could fix it ourselves each time, but I think the electrical needs to be checked. The dryer is SO LOUD and seems to be on its last leg, but it worked. On the balcony, the gap between the railing and the column is big enough for a small toddler's body to fit through, but not their head. Extra safety modifications for that one spot would be highly recommended. Beds aren't comfortable but everybody is different and you can't please them all. I wish there had been extra blankets available. Overall, great stay.
