Welcome to Tidewater 408, your ideal Gulf-front retreat for a rejuvenating vacation in Orange Beach. Positioned on the 4th floor, this stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers a tranquil escape with the soothing sounds of waves crashing against the shore.

Step into the Primary suite, where a spacious King-sized bed awaits you, accompanied by a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. Enjoy direct balcony access from the Primary suite and unwind with breathtaking views of the Gulf. The private Primary bath adds convenience and luxury to your stay.

In the guest room, a comfortable Queen bed awaits, along with a flat-screen TV. Guests have access to the hall bath for added comfort and privacy.

The condo boasts recent updates, including granite countertops in the kitchen and baths, as well as stainless steel appliances that elevate your culinary experience. Tile floors throughout add to the coastal charm, while a flat-screen TV in the living room provides additional entertainment options. For extra sleeping space, a sofa sleeper is available in the living room.

The large outdoor Gulf-front pool is a haven for relaxation and fun under the Alabama sun, providing a perfect alternative for those days when you prefer poolside leisure to sandy beaches. For a more serene experience, our heated indoor pool and hot tub are ideal for relaxing swims or soothing soaks, regardless of the weather. Stay active and energized with the onsite fitness room, equipped with everything you need for a full workout. After exercising, unwind in the sauna, the perfect place to soothe your muscles and rejuvenate your body. They also feature a grilling area, allowing you to enjoy outdoor cooking with a view.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

Great property. Enjoyed our stay. Would recommend a new couch; it’s a bit worn out. Living room fan squeaks a lot. Bedroom sliding door will not lock. Everything else in the property was great: appliances, TVs, etc.

Great vacay

The condo was clean and had a nicely furnished patio facing the beach. This condo was well equipped in the kitchen area. Couch could stand a upgrade, beds were comfortable. Guest toilet needs a new seat, current one is cracked. Condo was close to many good eating places and grocery stores.

This property was excellent we were in town for a cheer competition for my daughters. My mom and 2 daughters stayed with me. We had plenty of room and loved the balcony view. Only problem we had was the weather and we needed a extension for check out due to competition being delayed on Sunday. Other than that I can’t wait to book our next trip with y’all.

Good location

This property has a good location to many areas of interest, sitting in the Main Street. The back balcony overlooking the ocean was nice with lots of seating and a table. My negative? The kitchen was very lowly stocked with necessities. The secondary bedroom needs repairs. The bathtub and shower head needs replacing. It was very tricky to get the shower going. All in all it was a decent place for the price.

Family vacation

We enjoyed the condo, just had a few problems....the sliding glass door to go out onto balcony were very difficult to open as well as the added on pantry by the refrigerator. The complex was nice as well except it only had one working elevator....it kept breaking and having to be repaired. Overal we did have a great vacation to the beach.

Great location!

The condo complex is our favorite…4th time to stay there. This year our unit was clean but could use some updating. The couch is so broken down you sink into the springs, and don’t lay your head on the armrest because you can feel the wood frame (no padding left at all). Both mattresses are in much need of replacement…you either roll off the edge or ride the hump in the middle. Everything else was great.

Great space!

The property was as described! Clean. Cute. Full of appropriate utensils and necessities. Loved the outdoor furniture - it is set up to eat meals or layout. It was a little hard opening the sliding glass doors from the outside. The elevators at the property were out one day- which was not good - having to take luggage and ice chests up 5 flights. However- this is the buildings issue- not the condo. One of the 2 elevators were fixed after 1 day.

Needs upgrades

Great location but some upgrades are needed. One large burner on the stove didn’t work at all and one of the small ones didn’t work that well. Oven didn’t work that well. Some of the wall sockets didn’t have covers with wires showing. We loved the balcony. There were good things and bad things.

The toilet in the master bedroom would run. You have to jingle the handle after flushing to get it to stop. It needs a new mechanism on the inside. The door to the balcony in the master bedroom is very hard to open! One dish towels one cube of dishwasher soap no lid for the garbage can etc
