Take a dip in the the HUGE heated indoor pool and hot tubs or the beautiful beachside outdoor pool. There are even 2 kiddie pools for the little ones. Other amenities include a large climate controlled indoor Tennis court, fitness center, 3 large flat screen Samsung Smart TV's, Dish Network for Live sports, and fresh Beach Décor. Our location is perfect as it is walking distance to the famous Flora-Bama (0.3 miles) where you can see live music 7 days a week, rent watersports and enjoy great food. The Phoenix IX is directly on the beach. There are no roads to cross, just a quick elevator ride and there you are. Also, the Phoenix IX is NOT a crowded Condominium. About half the residents are owners and the other half rent which makes for a relaxing time at the pool and beach even though you are close to everything. This unit is self managed by our family so you will have 24/7 access to us to make sure your stay is a dream.
