Cotton Bayou 7B is a two-bedroom, two-bath, newly decorated condo with views of the bayou. Bring your boat!

The boat dock and launch are located onsite! The Marina rental fee is $100 per week (plus an extra $100 for reservations booked for more than 7 nights.)

• Access to the balcony from the living room

• Wood flooring throughout the unit and tile in the bathrooms

• The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen with everything that you need in your home away from home. The dining room table seats four and there are three bar stools for additional seating.

• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit

• The living area has a sofa sleeper

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed

• The second bedroom has two twin-size beds

• There is a designated BBQ grill area, located on the concrete slab near the pool. BBQ grills of any kind are not allowed to be used anywhere else on the property, as this results in a fire hazard.

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!

• Maximum of two cars allowed.

• Minimum age to rent is 25.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

*Does not apply to monthly reservations, and some activities are seasonal

Great stay!

This is a great stay, minutes walk to the beach access, quiet even with people and families in other condos, near everything you could want! The Alexa was a nice touch too. Check in was nice and easy and the place was clean and ready.

Beautiful 2 Bedroom!

Our family stay at this location was awesome, very clean and comfy. The location is great and close to the beach, stores, and restaurants. The only thing I would suggest is the clean up the overgrown area around the sign at the entrance coming from the west, besides that it was fantastic!

Nice place!

We enjoyed the condo very much. The description of beach access needs to be more clear. It’s quite a walk, crossing the highway. If you drive, it’s $10 for parking and $45 for a beach chair, per day.

We had a great time. The primary bed was not comfortable and would love to have had more pillows and blankets for fold out sofa. But overall a fine location and well maintained condo and complex!

Overall, very happy with this place. Nice pool. Short walk to the beach. The condo was clean. The only issue was that the dryer didn't work. I think the exhaust duct may have been clogged. But other than that, very happy and would stay here again.

We’ve stayed at CB several times over the years because we like bringing a watercraft. Launch, dock and trailer parking under the condo is ideal. Condo was clean and well appointed. Beautiful sunset views from the dock. Dolphins on the bay, convenient to our favorite restaurants and public beach.

We loved our time here! The condo was well equipped, nicely decorated, and super location. The furniture and beds were all comfortable. The overall property was well maintained. We have already booked our stay for next year! My only suggestion is to replace the glass doors as they are clouded and restrict the view.

Very clean and the pictures showed what we were hoping to get. Loved being on cotton Bayou. Only complaint was the walls and ceiling is very thin and can hear other people very very easily.

Very Pleased

Everything was great. The beach, stores, and restaurants were all in walking distance. It was nice and clean. Had just about everything you would need. It was home away from home. Really enjoyed the patio. It wasn’t a beach view I would have liked but I still enjoyed the peacefulness of hearing the water from the beach. Ever all it was a great stay. Will stay again if available!!!!

The room was very clean & newly renovated since the storm. Beds were comfortable! Perfect for my family to come spend Easter together. I’ve always loved cotton bayou. They have a large pool across from the beach & the bay is just right out back with a fishing pier. The cleaners forgot to leave sheets for the pull out couch but they brought them immediately when I asked. Very pleased with my stay!

We spent 5 weeks at Cotton Bayou and will be returning next year! The condo was well equipped and stylishly decorated. We were very pleased with the location. It is right across the street from the beach, with a short drive or walk to access. Our only suggestion is to replace the patio doors as they are cloudy and interfered with the nice view.
