Beautifully designed spacious condo on the second floor of Palm Beach Resort. Featuring a sizeable main bedroom with a king-size bed and connected luxury main bathroom. This bathroom is complete with a double vanity, soaking tub, walk-in shower, and the washer/dryer for your convenience. The kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the pots/pans/utensils needed to create a delicious meal. The dining area has four seats with additional seating at the kitchen bar for two. The comfortable living space looks out onto the private balcony and also features a sleeper sofa.

Palm Beach Resort is located on the beach, in Orange Beach across the street from Gulf State Park. Beach bike rentals are across the street to rent for the Rosemary Dunes Trailhead. Walking distance from shopping and restaurants including fresh seafood at Lartigue's Original Fresh Seafood Market, Pier House, The Southern Grind Coffee House, and Ron Jon Surf Shop. Just minutes away from Gulf Shores.

Welcome to Palm Beach Resort! Parking passes must be pre-purchased online through the HOA and vehicles registered. Passes are $45/stay. There is a limit of one parking pass per unit in peak season. Peaceful and comfortable

Nicely furnished and spacious. Well appointed kitchen. Two coffee makers, two blenders, two toasters. A Keurig would be a nuce addition. Huge shower. Nice soaking tub. Big fluffy towels. Lots of storage in bathroom. Comfortable bed. Even included beach chairs and umbrella. Parking registration was a pain and overpriced at 50 though we understand that is an HOA matter ... we were even advised that we had not registered and threatened with towing. Not cool at all. The condo property was great nonetheless and we intend to return when the weather is warmer.
