Gorgeous view from the balcony, the beach was a very short walk from the back of the building and the property was very well kept up. Super clean, comfortable beds, plenty of dishes and kitchen was well stocked with utensils and whatnot. The condo felt spacious and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The property was exactly as described and very comfortable for our family. The kitchen was large and easy to cook for the family. The view was magnificent! The indoor pool was perfectly heated on the windy, chilly evenings. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

My family and I enjoyed our time together at this property. There were 6 of us and this condo was spacious enough for us all. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked and the condo was clean and well maintained. The owner was easy to reach with any and all questions. Highly recommend!! Great location!!

This was a very nice condo in our favorite complex in Orange Beach. We have been vacationing in Orange Beach for years and Admirals Quarters is by far our favorite complex. This condo is spacious and well appointed and the checkin process was a snap. We very much enjoyed our stay and will most certainly be back.

Property is spacious and clean. John and Pam are great hosts and very quick to communicate. We enjoyed our 3 days stay. View was spectacular. kitchen may need some upgrades. Parking was a challenge to find and park. Since we had just 1 car, we parked at non-reserved parking spot. The weather was so perfect and we enjoyed all meals at balcony with the ocean view. Beach is few steps out of the building. Beach was clean and not crowded. We would like to stay here again.

We were very satisfied with this condo. The lay out was perfect with a large living and kitchen area, with the master bedroom separated from the other two bedrooms and baths. This was perfect traveling with our son and his family. We all had privacy yet were able to watch tv and eat together. The condo was well maintained and had beautiful views of the gulf. We hope to stay here again on our next vacation to Orange Beach. The owners were a joy to work with.

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo with our family of 4 during our kids Spring Break. Home was very spacious, comfortable and even better than expected from the pictures. All around great vibe! Beautiful view from the large balcony with cozy lounge chairs and a large table to play cards/ games with our kids and having coffee and cocktails with my hubby. It was a great location and the condo development was very clean and offered wonderful amenities too. We really enjoyed our first vacation to Orange Beach and look forward to coming back!

Being a healthcare worker during a panDAMNdemic is stressful to say the least so coming into a beautifully appointed condo overlooking the beach was the perfect getaway! The property was very clean and had some of the basics (detergent, paper goods, etc...) available. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans, and gadgets. The hosts were very quick to respond to my questions and the security guard is such a great guy. Will definitely be back in the near future.

Love the location. Right on the beach with the balcony was perfect. Condo needs a little work. Stained sofas, balcony door doesn’t lock, master bathroom door doesn’t lock & toilet chain kept breaking, master bedroom fan is off balance bad, shower head in master bathroom is horrible so we had to use the other showers. The overall condo was pretty clean but it needs a deep clean done. The indoor pool was cold & gloomy bc there’s no hot tub & once the sun went down on the outdoor pool it was too cold with the wind to use. Overall the stay was fine but I’ll go somewhere else next time.

Beautiful condo. Showed some wear during our Spring Break stay but nothing that ruined our time at Orange Beach. Overall building and pool are very well kept. Beach was kept clean, not crowded, and beach chair/umbrella rentals were a plus! The balcony is amazing!! Literally felt at "home" all week. Open concept was fantastic and the privacy of all 3 bedrooms having their own bathroom was great for our family!! Kitchen is stocked with various dishes, pots/pans, utensils, and small appliances. Pam and Todd were attentive and responded to emails quickly. We look forward to visiting Orange Beach again!!!

This was our fifth visit to the area and our second stay at Admiral’s Quarters. We love the location of this building. The beach is wonderful and not overcrowded. Close to all activities and restaurants. The unit had everything we needed and was spacious. The only issue was the cleanliness which I assume has to do with the cleaning company responsible for this particular unit. The floors did not appear to have been mopped in quite some time. The showers were not as clean as they could have been. There were several pots and pans that we had to scrub food from before we could use them. The sheets and towels were all clean but there were stains on the comforters. A little more effort with cleaning would greatly improve the quality of this rental. Other than that, it is a nice condo with plenty of room for our family of six.

The floor layout was good for our group size of 6. Condo has great dinning space and balcony view is incredible. A few issues: Neither icemakers worked, Wi-Fi was not password-protected. TV’s are dated and living room TV is starting to go out. Stayed on property the past 4 years but first time in this condo. The private parking space was a challenge to find and utilize as it was blocked by chairs and other equipment. Texted the owner about the ice maker, received a quick response that repairman was scheduled. Issue wasn’t resolved before we left but I sure it will be soon. Very minor issues, we did enjoyed our stay overall.
