The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare homemade meals or quick beach-day snacks when you're not exploring the area's delicious dining options. Just off the living room, a large covered porch provides the perfect place to sip your morning coffee or enjoy a relaxing evening glass of wine. A full bathroom on this level adds extra convenience.

Upstairs, you'll find three en-suite bedrooms, offering comfort and privacy for every guest. Additional conveniences include a sleeper sofa, two twin sleeper chairs, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Must be signed before check-in information is released.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.
