"The property itself was great, but the room that we got was sadly not so great. Although it was clean, there were some issues. The AC was not great we had all 3 fans and the window unit on and still was very warm, our bed felt like we were just sleeping on a pallet made on the floor, the water pressure in the shower was mid and our door code never worked, we had to call the company and ask for a new code to the door and it took 3 different codes before they found one that could get us into the...

"Huge condo in a wonderful location - could see sunrises and sunsets from the balcony, dolphins every day and a great variety of birds. An Osprey even perched on the railing one day!. The small private beach and grill areas facing the intracostal was wonderful. The building has been refreshed and is very clean and well maintained. We walked to the Gulf Steamer (next shopping area past Alvin's Island) and would recommend it. Considered The Gulf across the street but didn't want to risk crossing...

"Checking in was easy. Parking is $35 upon arrival. Apartment was cute and clean. Construction is next door. There are slight views of the ocean ...the high rise next door has construction from 8 am to 5 pm daily. Didn't bug us since we werent in the room during the day. Great little place for a weekend escape!"

"Other than the dirt, sand on the trundle bed sheets, no washcloths, and no email received re check-in procedure/door code, it was a good stay."

"The overall stay was pretty good. The day we checked in, it was raining. There were ceiling leaks by the elevators and in the hallway to our condo. The floor in the condo was sandy. We swept it and contained our sand to the entryway. Check in and check out was a breeze. We had trouble getting the TV to turn on even after having help over the phone. They sent the maintenance the next morning while we were out for breakfast. After that, we had TV service. I would recommend this facility...

"We had a great time staying here. Everything was clean, well kept, and the room was conveniently located. The only thing that keeps this from being a 5 star stay is having to pay for parking once we got there instead of including it in the rate. We had to pay for 2 vehicles which cost about $100 extra when you get there. The other issue is the booking and check-in/out procedures. You get a string of emails from Poole (the agent) asking for photo id, download an app to upload your id, agreeing to...

"I loved it here! The condos were beautiful and we didnt want to leave the property at all. Everything you needed was in one place. My favorites were the balcony view, the jet tub, and the courteous and caring staff check-ins."
