"We enjoyed the welcoming family friendly environment. This resort was not too large but small enough to feel a sense of community. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel like members of a larger family. The programming and shows provided great options for children of all ages. On the down side, we had two rooms and one toilet ran all night. I mentioned to maintenance and they said they would take care of it but never did. On our last day as we headed to checkout, we were asked if we wanted to purchase weed. Overall, these minor issues did not affect our wonderful experience. We are definitely going back. "

"Had the MOST AMAZING stay at this property. The staff are so kind, check in was a breeze, our room was clean and bright, and the location/views cannot be beat. Highly highly recommend Hibiscus Lodge. My boyfriend and I stayed in multiple hotels during our trip to Jamaica (including more expensive ones) and this one ended up being our uncontested favourite. "The property was beautiful so many amazing things to see. The rooms were very roomy. I do have a few mi or complaints. There is not much direction getting around the property. We walked in circle up and fine stairs. No maps were offered to us. When we finally found the lobby again we asked for a map which helped a lot. The resort was pretty empty I did feel there was not much to do in the way of entertainment during the day. Hardly any interaction with the staff."
