Even after showing that she was lying she still kept with her story, but her employer told me the truth which was she overbooked and sold my room. "This property was a scam and expedia was of no assistance in helping me get my money back. From before I reached Jamaica I contacted expedia to let them know I was unable to get in contact with the property. I did not have access to the property and yet expedia sees no issue with taking my money to give to these scammers."

"This property was awesome—The property owner (I assume) was in contact with me and was available for any assistance. We had adequate towels, linen, etc. My daughter left things behind and Dahlia contacted me even before we realized things were left behind, and offered to, actually shipped them/ it back. There were only two things that I did not like: access to even the closest restaurant, and Country Store was worse part as we had to walk the busy Jamaican street and do so without sidewalk. It...
