"Host was very accommodating and responds quickly. The space was clean and modern and quiet at night. Note that if you have anything larger than carry on suitcase, it may not fit up the stairs well. This is a 3rd floor suite so lots of stairs."

"Es gibt keine kostenlosen Parkplätze, sondern nur öffentliche kostenlose Parkplätze. Die Unterkunft ist nicht sehr sauber. Man bekommt keine Antwort vom Besitzer. Es gibt auch kein 24 Stunden Front Desk. Als wir gebucht hatten, stand sogar noch dabei, dass man die ganze Unterkunft alleine zur Verfügung hat, das stimmt aber nicht, es ist nur ein Zimmer. Die Treppen sind sehr steil."

"Fantastic stay. I was celebrating with 13 other friends. The house was perfect for us, lovely hot tub and games area, kitchen facilities were well maintained with plenty of fridge space. The rooms were very clean on arrival and just as expected. Geert was very accomodating. Taxis for all of us into Ghent would have been €240 however a 30 min walk to the loc train station saved us a lot of money. "

"Place was advertised as a whole house with 2 double beds, in the end it was only 1 room with one double bed, a shared livingroom/kitchen and bathroom. But the owners were understanding and gave us a different room as we couldn't sleep in the Same bed. It was clean and the location wasn't loud at all. Stairs were a bit small, but doable. "I had a few days to tour Belgiam during a trip to Germany and am so happy I found The Mini. The small space had everything my traveling companion and I needed. The animals on the farm entertained us each morning, especial the brother and sister Burmese Mountain dogs. The proximity to Ghent, Bruges and the coast made travel so convenient. We were even able to book an additional night when an uncharacteristic snow storm kept us from traveling back to Cologne safely. All of our questions and needs...

"The photos show the accuracy of the home with the exception of the NARROW staircases. Anyone with a mobility issue will not be able to stay in this home without issues. We had multiple heavy large suitcases and rather than unpack and attempt to climb MULTIPLE levels of staircases multiple times for arrival and departure, we decided to lose our money on this rental and we got hotel rooms at the Hyllit instead. If you are really healthy, don’t have lots of luggage and don’t mind many steps to get...

"No codes provided to access the room beforehand. Shower Impossible to adjust from cold to scalding hot. No bedside lamp. Floor not cleaned. Hasty conversion of a traditional Brussels home by freelance contractor. Shame because very good location in relation to EU institutions. Unfortunately an EU summit subjected us to helicopter patrols which made it hard to get some sleep."

"No funciona el WiFi solo en la recepción y no hay manera de tener atención solo en los horarios que marcan de 10am -5 pm Tuvimos la experiencia de desalojar el edificio por que solo la alarma a las 2 am y no había manera de comunicarnos a recepción de que sucedía y estábamos en el piso 9 empezamos a bajar por escalera , sin embarro igual subir y llegamos hast abajo sin saber a k hr podíamos regresar ya que no había nadie de ahí ...la alarma se silencio pero no sabíamos que pasaba .
