"We rented both homes from Kate and Nina for our family gathering of 22 people, and they were a great fit for our group. Both houses were exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The outdoor amenities were a highlight. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the yard games and recreational equipment, which provided plenty of entertainment for all ages.Our only disappointment was the water level at the docks. To be fair, this was clearly disclosed in the VRBO listing, and Kate and Nina also provided an updated status when I reached out the week before our arrival. What we hadn't anticipated was the amount of mud and how challenging it would be to reach the boat we rented, which had to be anchored approximately 100 yards from the dock. While this made boating less convenient, we recognize that water levels are a natural condition beyond the hosts' control.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and appreciated Kate and Nina's communication, honesty, and hospitality. We would gladly recommend their properties to other large groups looking for a clean, well-equipped place to gather."

"Pool is just awesome. Outdoor activities were just fantastic. Beds were not great. Kitchen was small. Kids lived the place and had great time at pool. Thanks for accommodating some adhoc requests. Overall we had good time."

"What a great place. We had a wonderful stay at Twin Pines. The house was located on a great lot with plenty of space for outdoor activities. We en joyed the seating on the covered deck and the deck by the water. Our grandkids had a blast swimming and paddling on the provided kayaks. The interior was roomy with lots of seating and eating space. The air conditioning kept us cool and comfortable. The house was stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely be back."
