"Got back from the Bagnara two days ago and had the most wonderful stay at Victoria Grand Hotel. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Nice grounds but basic room
"Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass ..."

"Residence Margi made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. You do need a swim cap for the pool (a requirement), and you should absolutely use the driving instructions the hotel gives you so you don’t get stuck in an alleyway."
