"This hotel short of staff and no instructions to assist late check in. actually it's 7pm. We spent 1 hour to find out how to check in. it's totally unacceptable and unsatisfied. Not house keeping for the second night stay and no blanket in the room. Won't book this hotel anymore for my next trip for this hotel."

"Shower had rust spots. Front desk is a little hard to find. The receptionist was excellent and very helpful and arranges taxis for us. "

"The unit itself is great, location is awesome, comfortable beds and linen etc. It is spacious for 2 people, but once you pull out the sofa in the living room, there is no space for luggage. Not convenient if you have heavy luggage as you have to carry it to 2/3 floor to get on the elevator. Also, it is in the pedestrian area, so there is a bit of walking since the car can’t pull to the building."

"Es gibt keine Istanbul Apart in der an gegebenen Adresse. Ich musste andere Hotels suchen. Geld ist weg. Es gibt keine Istanbul Apart....."

"Perfect location for central historical part of the city, easy access to main attractions, great choice of food venues and more"
