"The facility had everything you would need for an extended stay including washing machine, toaster, pans and silverware, hot water kettle, microwave, oven, etc. There were plenty of rooms on a couple floors. The hardest part was getting checked in and finding the building while speaking English and being from out of country. If you speak Italian and have phone service in Italy, you should be fine. It's a very rustic house, but has all the basic amenities, and as a bonus has air conditioning on all floors. The neighbours, who are also the cleaners, were very friendly. From the house it was possible to visit pretty hilltop towns such as Veroli, Anagni, Alatri, Atina, Arpino etc.. Falvaterra, and Pastena have some lovely caves and there are quite a few amazing monastaries to visit in the area...
