"Beautiful scenery, right on the beach. We got a first floor room and moved because the shower was handicap accessible and hard to use and the back sliding door did not close. Once we got into our new room the next day it was much better. Parking was a bit difficult."

"Property was nice and ocean front. Quiet and isolated from the rest of the hotels which is nice to avoid crowds. Everything is nearby, short 5-10 minute driving distance (groceries, restaurants, shopping). The Only downside and it was completely MY FAULT for not reading the property fee polices. Besides the normal nightly resort fees as all hotels have, they have a MANDATORY CLEANING FEE that is paid at check-in. So Besides spending the money for booking the room, you also pay a large lump sum at check-in. It was not a pleasant surprise, but it was MY FAULT for not catching it when booking the hotel and checking the fees. The hotel has their prices posted if you look up the cleaning fees for each room size. Although I had a good time staying at this location, I unfortunately wont be staying here again because of that pricey cleaning fee. The fee was more expensive than my airfare and nearly the same price as booking the room for 2 nights. For the total price i paid, Airlines + hotel + Mandatory Cleaning Fee, it didn't feel worth what i was paying. But if you dont mind that fee, its a good ocean front hotel with a nice view."

"The property was exactly as you see it on-line. The location was great, plenty to do within a short drive, but also only a 40 minute drive to the North shore. The communication with the host during the reservation process was excellent. He shared lots of information about the condo and surrounding area which made the decision to stay there easy. There were six of us in the group (2 adults and 4 teenagers) and there was plenty of space. The quality of the upgrades recently completed were top of the line. The on-site washer/dryer was a great touch and came in very handy. The second floor was also a excellent feature, parents up and teenagers down. The views were also amazing from the condo and very easy to find from the airport. Condo was also equipped with beach chairs, towels and bikes which was also a great touch. I would highly recommend staying here and taking advantage of all the condo has to offer. I would also like to thank the host, Simon, for being so friendly and easy to deal with. You couldn't ask for a better host."

"Perfectly situated for us. We chose the location because we knew we would travel both north and south on alternating days while wanting to stay central and enjoy Lydgate and local shopping. The property is beautiful. Easy access to main road, a nice pool for guests with plenty of seating, the grounds are so pretty and the path to walk to Lydgate park is short and sweet. The property is quiet and family friendly at the same time. The breeze into the unit was amazing and combated the humidity. I imagine every unit can feel the same breeze. It was perfect. We were so sad to leave. We will definitely come back and hope to score a bigger unit for the whole family as there were just two of us and we have four."

"View was great, nice inside with comfy bed. 2 beach chairs were nice to have. No AC but we knew that and the breeze and fans were enough. Pool was great, warm and clean. Kitchen was perfect with lots of cookware. Only complaint would be the roosters. So loud. Had 2 in the tree outside our window that started at 3 AM and then again 6AM every day. So zero sleeping in."

"We really enjoyed our stay. It’s perfect! Very clean and well maintained. Host was always responsive and checking in on a regular basis. The location is great. Right on the beach with a great view of the ocean from the balcony. Sunrise and night time sky views were spectacular. Convenient location with lots of stuff to do within very close distance. Coconut Marketplace is awesome! Luau’s, markets and cute shopping places. Downtown is fun and very close. Kayaking down the river was super fun. There are beaches within couple steps, we could walk down from the place to enjoy the ocean. Plenty chairs, towels and umbrella to use. We highly recommend this place."
