"Beautiful property snd rooms are very spacious and comfortable. It has all the modern amenities while retaining the old school charm of such an old building. We loved the wood burning fire place in the room as well. Breakfast was really good and staff at breakfast place was very friendly and courteous and service was top notch. Afternoon high tea was also amazing. Property has a beautiful courtyard and several charming cottages and suites. Highly recommend staying here for Ooty visit"

"Not good. Rooms were two small. Though in the confirmation letter it was promised to provide one double bed and one single bed in the room, on first night no single bed was provided. One guest had to sleep on the floor. "

I made a mistake of booking this hotel instead of booking a similar named hotel in the neighborhood that I was hoping to book. Hotel management is rude and unfriendly. "We had the best experience staying at the Kings Cliff. The property is located in the hills with a fantastic view on the valley. The rooms are beautiful, clean and cosy, equipped with a chimney that was fired up every night. The restaurant serves good food and is a nice location to dine. The Kings Cliff has a very friendly and professional personal. We felt welcomed and always helped here. The housekeeper, Shekar, was very attentive, friendly and reliable.
