Nieuw Molenwijk is het vroegere koetshuis van het naastgelegen landgoed Molenwijk. In het 5 persoons vakantiehuis, stonden vroeger de paarden.
Door de grondige restauratie voldoet het huis helemaal aan de wensen van nu.

Alles is verdeeld over 2 verdiepingen.. Je komt binnen in de woonkamer met zithoek, eethoek en open keuken. Op de begane grond is een 2 persoons slaapkamer met een eigen badkamer, met douche en toilet.

Via de trap in de woonkamer kom je in de tweede 2 persoons slaapkamer. Via deze slaapkamer ga je naar de 2e badkamer met douche en toilet en bereik je ook de derde 1 persoons slaapkamer

Er is een eigen parkeerplaats en een tuin met tuinmeubels. Verder is er een overdekte fietsenstalling.
Opgemaakte bedden zijn inclusief.
