"There were 2 sides to this hotel....the "Premiere Classe" side was a little like a cell block....long corridor leading to rather depressing room, no carpets in corridor or room, bathroom was one of the 'pre-built' all encompassing plastic jobs that are just slotted into place, complete with creaks and cracks when you move around.
The "other" side, where the main reception and restaurant was, looked more appealing with carpeted, wider hallways, so I guess the rooms were better too?

"The room did not get cleaned until I went to the front desk and requested that it be done. NO phone. NO safe. Only 2 towels …. that were not changed each day. A marking on the bedding showed that they were not changed until day 3.
Front office staff also worked the bar … also worked the computer center etc etc etc. "
