"Das Zimmer war sehr klein , kein zweiter Stuhl (wäre dann noch enger gewesen).Das Licht war nicht hell auch im Bad.Fliegengitter ist defekt. Der Zimmerservice kam ohne Vorwarnung (Anklopfen) ins Zimmer. Personal war freundlich. Frühstück war gut. Im Restaurant ist das Essen hervorragend , vielleicht etwas teuer!"

"J'ai pensé pouvoir payé par carte et j'ai été obligée de payer en liquide. Il n'y avait pas de serviettes ni de torchons. il y avait de la vaisselle mais pas de chose de base, comme sel, poivre, huile, et pas de caftière. Et rien a été signalé d'avance. Tous les tuyaux fuyaient, et le rideau de douche mais tombé sur la tête car pas fixé dans le mur. Le patron ne parle presque pas allemand et pas anglais ou français. Les lits étaient bons, et le chauffage marchait. "

"We had a very nice stay at Pension Silberg. Our host was very welcoming, and I was so grateful that he was able to speak English for us. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We stayed in the family room, and it had bunk beds for our two girls—which they loved. We placed our order for breakfast (a choice of meats, cheeses, rolls, eggs, and yogurt) the night before, and the host had it ready for us in the breakfast room at a time of our choosing. "Everything was perfect, the Lange room, comfortable beds, great location between Hbf and the center. However, the air-conditioning was not regulated, it was too hot in the room. There is no shampoo or shower gel but the hand soap(!) in the shower. The breakfast at 9:50 was empty (should be till 11:00) and was not renewed, considerable luck of the serving personal at the restaurant, actually gust one girl."

"Sehr schönes neuwertiges Appartements mit liebevollen Details in zentraler Lage für alle Unterbehmungen im Schwarzwald. Auch nahe zum Elsass und Straßburg. Herr Schuster hat das Haus in 2024 übernommen und ist für seine Gäste sehr gut erreichbar. Er kümmert sich um jegliche Belange. Noch gibt es ein paar Kinderkrankheiten, aber diese werden sich sicher schnell beseitigen lassen. Wir wünschen viel Erfolg!"
