It was delicious! The room was small but comfortable and was exactly what we were looking for. The property and location was great too. It was a 10 minutes walk to rainbow falls and 5 minutes drive to downtown Hilo. "

"I loved the location of this vacation home. Updates from the photos as far as the kitchen is that the fridge is bigger and outside on the porch along with the induction cooktop. The grill was in great working condition. I really enjoyed cooking and eating outside on the porch. The view is spectacular. Jim was an amazing host and took the time to walk me around. I will be booking with Jim and Kim again."

The kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room were all well stocked, the beds and bedding were very comfortable, the yard was gorgeous, the view was spectacular, and the ease of getting in and out of the gated property was the cherry on top.
