"My family enjoyed our stay in Annecy. The property is very comfortable and spacious. The owner provides detailed information and is extremely responsive. We enjoyed the lake, parks, biking and wish we had another day to do more! The property is just a few blocks from lake community beach and downtown. A grocery store and bakery just a block away. There is no onsite parking. We were able to find street parking close by each day."

"We had a fantastic week and Christine, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with. The property is perfect for families with my children loving the swimming pool. Property was lovely and clean and the owner was on hand for anything we needed or weren’t sure about. Overall we’d gladly go back, my family are already plotting our return!"

"Well maintainted property with everything required for a comfortable self catering holiday. Only suggestion would be to provide some fans as no air conditioning. Joel is a very nice host French speaker only. Little remote so a car is needed, would book again."

"We had a fabulous time staying here. The house was very clean and spacious. We were two families with four little kids and we had plenty of room in the house. (High chair and cot provided.) The views from the house and yard were phenomenal! The hosts were welcoming. "This is the second time we have stayed at this property and yet again we couldn't have been happier. Situated in a great location on the lake, close to shops and restaurants but with a lovely private garden straight into the lake. Rooms are light, spacious and beautifully decorated. Would recommend this property to all."

"This was a very short notice booking and the owners were very helpful to sort this out. Another location had fallen through for us and we all had leave booked. Our children also had flights booked (Geneva) so at short notice (3-4 days) we needed a house for 6 people. The owners did their best to help us out and we appreciate that. "Our stay was very pleasant, except the ever present toxic smell of gasoline in the whole house, coming from a large gas tank in the garage. Our friends staying downstairs had to sleep with their windows open. By the end of the one week trip we were just sick of it. Our host Stephane was very nice and helpful though. If the smell got resolved, it would be very nice place overall."
