"What a place. If you’re looking for a babbling brook, birds singing, crickets chirping, stars shining, hammock swinging, glowing fire kinda place, you will find it here! And did I mention a clean and tastefully decorated cabin? Yup! You get that too. We were pleasantly surprised by all the extras this place had to offer. And the hosts were wonderful to communicate with and took care of a need above and beyond what we asked. Took day trips to neighboring towns and then right back to this sweet little place. Easy run into town for anything you need. Storage shed was great for our bikes (local bike shop was so helpful in finding good trails). Good coffee at the Food Coop and shorter lines than Wonderstate. We went in Sept and leaves were just starting to turn and almost no mosquitoes, even by the brook (which is worth the trip alone, so peaceful and relaxing). Beautiful scenic drives. County Road D is great to stop at some of the Amish farms for goodies. Love the variety this area of WI gives you. "

We really enjoyed the boats provided and hanging out on the deck and in the living room. We made use of the grill, too! The property has some short walking trails that were a fun activity too.
