"It's a really nice hotel. Beautiful staff - polite, efficient, friendly, and fluent in English. Very good breakfast. Excellent spa with a sauna and cold bath. Also, the hotel is in a very good location. - The service water in the lobby often runs out, but that's due to guests filling up their bottles, which is not good manner of course."

"호텔은 사진에 나와 있는 거고 실제로 들어가면은 더 작게. 느껴지실 겁니다. 있을 건 다 있지만은 몸집이 크거나 혹은 혹은 일행이 집이 많으면 비좁은 객실에서 불편을 느낄지 모릅니다. 가장 좋은 건 혼자나 커플이 괜찮은 호텔입니다. 그리고 친하지 않은 사람끼리 묻게 되면 민망한 모습도 보게 되실 겁니다. 아침은 비교적 괜찮은 편입니다. 오차찍게 다양하게 여러 가지 드실 수 있습니다. 고등어 구이 강추하고요. 요거트 맛있습니다. 샐러드 괜찮 신선한 편입니다. 다만 아쉬운 건 일본이 과일 값이 비싸서 과일이든 거의 나오지 않습니다. 커피 향이 괜찮고 우유와 섞어서 드시면 좋은 맛을 냅니다. 아침 부피에 올라가신다면 창가 쪽은 너무 일찍 가면 눈이 부실 겁니다. 산쪽은 괜찮고요. 9시 넘어서 가면 바다 쪽도 괜찮은 편입니다. 방이 좁지만 안마 의자가 있는데 안마 의자를 반드시 사용해보세요. 피로에 회복에 도움이 됩니다. 특히 장단지 쪽 마사지 상당히 유용한 안마 의자입니다."

"We’ve stayed at the Hotel Okura Kobe 3 times for the last 3 years . Unfortunately this property is showing sign of wear and tear . This room was booked on Hotels.com and by doing so I didn’t receive some of the perks available as if I booked directly with the hotel . No waters , cookies or daily newspaper . Along with have an exposed carpet seam and Threads unraveling was a hazard as you could snag your toe on them . The trim around the closet door was peeling and should been along the carpet attended to prior to my stay or any future guest . The small things like newspaper, papers and water should always be offered regardless if we booked directly or a secondary source . Our friends who were also on this trip received the amenities with their room stay which made me aware of them ."

"Great location, friendly staff, great free snacks and beer for customers Room was pretty good size for a Japanese hotel. A tad bit noisy outside but it was to be expected since I was in one of the more busier parts of Kobe"
