"The booking was a fraud. The hotel doesn't exist in reality. When I got to the address for check-in, I was told that the hotel had sold the building about 2 years ago. The place was occupied by a private company. So there was no room for me and I couldn't check-in. I had to go do an over the counter booking at another hotel."

"The staff are personally respectful but apparently lack knowledge about basic standards for a hotel. Nothing except the WiFi works. No shower- had to fetch water for bathing from the tap with bucket and use plastic bow to pour water. No lighting in the bathroom. No hot water. The complimentary breakfast is basically nonexistent- only a propaganda to make you commit to eating a paid breakfast. I had to upgrade to executive room to get just a little space and sleeping comfort."

"The hotel does not have any agreement with Expedia. Thus they declined and money was still deducted despite this. Avoid booking it . Someone out there disguising as representative of the hotel. Expedia should investigate. I was made to pay cash again because they claim not to have agreements with Expedia in any form"

"I stayed in 3 hotels on this trip but this one was certainly a swindle. The appearance and location of the hotel was the catch. The 2 rooms we were given were extremely small with all dilapidated fixtures and not well maintained furniture. The telephones in the 2 rooms booked did not work. We had to go all the way downstairs to communicate with front desk and Resturant. Room service fee was =N=2000 in comparison with similar star hotel who charge only =N=500. Doors were damaged,...
