"We loved our stay at Ashburn House! The B&B is lovely inside and out, with tasteful and lovingly executed finishings, and really beautiful gardens. The bed was VERY comfortable and the breakfasts were wonderful. The best pastries and fresh fruit I have had in a long time and a terrific coffee maker ;-). The location is also perfect; easy walking to downtown but a few blocks way so you don’t get the crowd noise. The proprietor is so warm and friendly, we felt like we were visiting friends. ...

"Our host Michael was charming, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The accommodationn was fantastic with spectular views over the loch. The room was big, as was the onsuite, and there were great touches e.g. a cafetiere with coffee, supplied free, each morning. Breakfast was plentiful, freshly cooked abd yummy. We will definitley saty again."

"The guest house has a brilliant view. 10 minutes walk from Neptune staircase . The owners were great and welcoming. Breakfast was great and as my wife is gluten intolerant, this was no problem, as the owners went above and beyond to get her gluten free sausages. "One of the best Bed and Breakfast places we’ve ever stayed in. The house is located right by the water, a charming manor that’s well maintained. The staff working here are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well stocked with amenities. The breakfast offers some good options including fresh fruits and Greek yogurt. They also offer laundry service which we took an advantage of. It was very nice to see the folded warm laundry delivered into our room after a day of mountain climbing. Highly recommended! "
