This fantastic location offers unparalleled access to Oneonta's amenities. Walgreens is literally next door for all your quick needs! Stroll a few blocks to explore downtown's eateries and shops. While enjoying this central location, please be aware that you might hear some sounds from trucks or commercial trash pickup due to the nearby Walgreens. This spot is perfect for those who appreciate being amidst local activity rather than a remote hideaway. Conveniently located two miles from All-Star Village, less than one mile from Hartwick College and SUNY Oneonta, and within walking distance to downtown.

You'll enter through a private entrance by walking upstairs to the 2nd floor. You'll have access to the entire, private apartment during your stay.

You can easily walk to downtown shops and restaurants. For venturing further, you'll want a car. We have parking for one car available.

Parking will be in one of 2 designated spots, near the Walgreens next door or adjacent to the building. Guests will need to climb stairs and carry luggage up those stairs.

It was convenient for us, easy to find, had all the things we needed, was very “homey” and comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed. It was a great place for us!
