4 Bedroom 2.5 Bathroom single family house on Academy Street that sleeps 8. Walking distance to Main Street Shopping and Eateries in Oneonta, NY. 2 ½ Miles to Cooperstown All Star Village! 23 miles to the Baseball Hall of Fame located on Main Street Cooperstown, NY!



The Space:

Permit #21-7084

This stylish house is in pristine condition and offers new vinyl plank flooring downstairs (minus bedroom) and plush carpet upstairs (bedrooms only), over-sized rooms and enclosed front porch. "THE BULLPEN" is a two story (fully air- conditioned) 4 bedroom house with a kitchen, separate dining room, living room with a 50" Flat Screen TV, two full baths and a brand new half bath. All bedrooms have queen beds (expect 1 with a king bed), dresser, desk/chair & 30-42 inch flat screen TV’s and one queen bedroom is on the first floor without stairs.



Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive 95% refund (5% credit card processing fee applies). Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the check-in date.

Both tournaments; Cooperstown All Star Village and Cooperstown Dreams Park are now running on different 6-night schedules.

This rental is available only for Cooperstown All Star Village weeks.

We do not accept bookings for Cooperstown Dreams Park weeks, as their check-in/check-out days do not align.

Check-in and check-out are limited to the specific Cooperstown All Star Village dates listed below.

No early arrivals or extended stays are permitted, as the next group arrives the same day guests depart.

Plenty of room for a big family

My family stayed here while my son played at ASV. It was the perfect location to go back and forth from the ballpark. The house itself was roomy for my family to fit comfortably.

CASV stay

Near Cooperstown All-Star Village, great for running to and from between games if needed. Location was great for walking to downtown for pizza and Saturday Main Street festival. Tim was easily connected with for questions and assistance. Street parking for others staying, we had 3 cars.

Nice rental

The property was very clean and met expectations. Plenty of amenities were provided. Very quick response to any questions. Very pleasant stay. We were 3 families and there was plenty of space. Enjoyed the outdoor patio and grill. Would definitely stay again.

Great place, convenient to CASV and Main Street.

If you are in town for the summer for CASV, this is the place to stay. Perfect location to walk to restaurants, stores on Main Street. A short 5 min drive to CASV. The place was super clean, comfortable beds. A great side yard to enjoy the great summer weather. My parents, inlaws, spouse, and teen all stayed together with bedrooms for all.
