The staff do a good job of maintaining the facility and are friendly and service oriented. ( HVAC filters needed cleaning for those guests with allergies,)
The check-in policy is a bit cumbersome yet understandable given the potential liability issues but was hard to read on the small 3-inch credit card screen making you feel trapped and reliant on a clerk's trustworthy explanation.
