"I loved the proximity of the lake to our room. I do not know why we were given an accessible room that had handicapped parking in front. I made the mistake of parking in one and was confronted by the guest above me. She warned me it was a handicapped spot and that her inlaws needed that space. I moved my car. Other patrons parked there and did not have handicapped placard. I do not think the paint is bright enough to see. I feel terrible for taking a spot that i shouldnt have been in. I made sure to not do again."

"First time visit to Frankfort, on the way to Harbor Springs to meet family group. Hotel was great, people extremely nice and helpful, dinner at the restaurant was great too! We never moved our car for two days-walked everywhere-beach, marinas, restaurants, etc. We loved it!"
