"Good food ,but the Hotel is kinda old"

"I like the convenience of having a shuttle go to & from airport all terminals. Also, you don’t have to schedule anything. Just wait in line for the shuttle. The rooms were very clean. Absolutely no noise after 10pm. So quiet. I was on the 6th floor. Breakfast was pretty good. Line was long in all directions but moved at a good pace. Will return again. Last thing. They have a small 7-11 shop inside the hotel. I stayed at the Honkan side. Shuttle bus go to both hotels. They’re next to each other. Nice setup."

"Room was spacious. Good to amenities for the bathroom. Bed was uncomfortable - two singles pushed together. For a couple of days it’s not bad. Lighting in the room is only lamps. Air-conditioning has opened switched on yet from heat. So windows had to be opened. "

"Older rooms and fairly outdated but very walkable. Easy 5 minute access to the train that connects to the airport. Breakfast was fine. Service was good and the rooms were clean. Overall an okay property, mostly very conveniently located."

"Clean, quiet, comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast, one of the best we had in Japan. Friendly staff. Convenient shuttle to Narita airport, but they don't drive too frequently to the airport (once per hour). Narita is a nice town to visit too, within walking distance"
