"Was a 20 minute walk from the JR bus station in Naruto to tbd hotel. Rooms were nice and roomier than some. Bed was comfortable as well. Staff were nice snd we opted for the choose you’re own breakfast. 5 minutes walk to Naruto station. You can catch buses to the bridge experience as well. Some nice dining options as well, within walking distance. "

"Very helpful staff especially Mr. Asada Hiroya, he found the credit card we left at checked in, research bus routes and schedules, booked taxi. Etc. greatly appreciated his assistance and information. The hotel staffs are very courteous and provide excellent services. The spa is great, spacious, clean and orderly. We have a fantastic stay. "チェックインの手続きに時間がかかりました。 ビデオ通話での手続きでしたが、何度か通話が切れて他の同伴者を待たせるはめになったのが残念でした。 ホテル自体は清潔でアメニティも充実していました。電波が4Ｇで通信が困難だったところが改善ポイントです。"
