"This is an older house in the country, but is nicely decorated, and has lots of nice touches. There were a couple TVs, snacks, water bottles, coffee, games and cards to play. The owner allowed us to check in early and stay later which was really helpful."

"Came into town for my doctoral graduation with my kids and sisters. This was a perfect place for us. Great location and size and so close to everything I needed to be near! Also, we managed to get locked out at one point and the hosts were so quick to help me get back into the house. Excellent stay!!"

"This property is Amazing. There was so much space for our family of 5 to spread out. The kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils and cookware you could need which was so nice not to have to eat out all the time. Our kids loved the toys, games, and coloring books available. The location is a bit out of town (we knew that upon booking) but it was ideal for privacy and an "escape" from town. We will definitely be using this property for our future Manhattan trips."

"This is our second time staying at this location and everything went as smoothly as the first! The hostess is great, easily reachable by phone if needed, and most importantly, prompt in replying. The house is always full of amenities, well kept and the back deck is nice for early morning coffee with your spouse! A very nice experience!"

"We needed a place near Manhattan for a wedding. This home was perfect, allowing privacy for the couple staying downstairs and the couple staying upstairs (main level). Each had adequate bathroom space for dressing for the events. Everything was modern and perfectly clean. Well equipped for meal prep. Location was close to 24 Highway with good access. "We loved this property! It was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked. Loved the drinks in the fridge and snacks on the table. Having 2 bathrooms was a definite bonus. The area was a quick drive to amenities and was quiet. We slept well. The comfy bed and pillows were part of that, too. We will definitely consider booking again in the future."

"We booked the house for our daughter’s graduation from K State. It functioned really well for 9 adults for 3 days. It had everything we needed, including chairs and a grill outside, The property manager was very flexible and responsive. Location is super convenient to downtown and campus. Cute neighborhood. I would also add that there was a comment in another review about barking dogs next door: they did bark on occasion, but not excessively or aggressively. Not an issue for us at all."

"The host was very quick in replying to my inquiries regarding the lack of chairs, towels, washcloths, mattress pads and protectors, dressers, WiFi information, the toys jammed into the bedroom closet and strewn around the deck, the broken shower door track, and ineffective air conditioning. He did get HVAC to recharge the ac system, though… AND on a Sunday! We were very grateful for that."

"Nice place overall. If the upstairs is rented the downstairs can get a fair amount of noise though the floor. This is not an issue obviously if no one is upstairs. We were in Manhattan for graduation so clearly a busy time with minimal vacancies. Very good location. Beds were comfy."
