"We have stayed in Ceret several times previously and Duplex 77 is one of the best rentals we have had. Situated in a street just off the centre of town you can walk there in about two minutes. The apartment is clean and comfortable with all that is needed for a relaxed and enjoyable stay. The owner is easily contacted and helpful when the need arises.The view from the terrace is lovely. "The property was a perfect place for our family (with 2 teenage boys) to relax for a couple of weeks. Conveniently located a few minutes from the centre of Perpignan (but with no sense of being in the city), around 10 minutes from the expansive sands of Canet Plage and with great views of the Pyrenees. We made good use of the lovely pool area, table tennis, etc. and well-maintained grounds. James is a very obliging, friendly and un-intrusive host. We hope to return!"
