"Upon entering, the hotel smelled dank, moist, and damp. Our room was not very clean, and smelled like cigarettes despite being non-smoking. The floor was sticky, and there were food crumbs, dust, dirt, and hair along all of the walls on the floor. Walls were grimy and dirty. None of the plug-ins in the room worked except the one by the bathroom sink. Floors in the main hallways were stained and extremely dirty. We did not see any bed bugs. Constant traffic, doors opening and slamming all night...
