Please state process for accessing garage more specifically in the email with access codes and procedures. Had to call to get clarification on how to access the garage. Also, the coffee maker in the property was broken. There was a Keurig machine in the kitchen cabinet, so we had to purchase coffee pods separately to have coffee. Sent text message stating the primary coffee machine was broken, but no response.
