"Unfortunately I didn’t get to spend the entire night. I booked a king bed on the first floor with my pets and found the most disgusting infestation of bed bugs on the couches, and the beds. I packed as quickly as I could and brought physical evidence of the bugs to the front desk, where they did not seem surprised. Took some constant phone calls to get a refund. Be wary and be sure to check every piece of furniture in the room."

"Our stay was comfortable, but I wanted to mention a cleanliness issue. Before checking out, I noticed a large yellow circular stain on the blanket near the foot of the bed. I understand mistakes can happen, but bedding should always be thoroughly inspected and clean before guests arrive."
