The house was nice but communication was poor after the stay about any type of refund or discount about what happened during our stay. The first morning we woke up at this property, the bath tub started gushing out of the ceiling. We were unable to use one of the showers/bath tubs the remainder of the stay. We had 5 adults and one child trying to shower in one bathroom. We had a busy stay, due to graduation and visiting other family so it was a major inconvenience. I reached out to the property manager several times. She kept saying she was going to reach out to the owners to see about a refund or discount. I sent a few messages with no response. It’s been 12 days since she replied to me & 9 since I sent my last message. I feel like they should have replied with a yes or a no message not just quit replying altogether. We are very upset about this stay.
