Charming ranch style home

You will have complete private access to this home including use of the two car garage (openers not provided). The master bedroom includes a King bed with attached master bath!
There is a living room on each floor. The lower level includes a gas burning fireplace as well as laundry room.
There are two bedrooms on each floor with a set of stairs separating the two levels.
The large back deck is the perfect place for a meal or an evening drink while watching the sunset through the trees. Patio table with chairs and bistro table are provided. A set of stairs lead down to the fully fenced backyard. The yard can also be accessed through sliding glass doors from the lower level.
There is a large desk built into a bedroom downstairs, perfect for working from home.

Please note that this is an imperfect home with signs of wear. Some areas may be scuffed or need painting but it remains a lovely and comfortable place to stay. Just keep in mind that it is a work in progress.
Do not disturb the owners closet in the basement. The house is ten short minutes to Offutt AFB and 20 minutes to downtown Omaha. There is a lot of wildlife in the area. You may encounter some turkeys crossing the street or deer in the backyard on occasion.
