Studio Loft #317 offers:
• 800 square feet with two stories, two bed areas, two bathrooms and living space with kitchen, all in a two-story open studio space.
• A bedroom area with a queen bed. The bed area is enclosed by sliding screen walls and a tall cabinet.
• Downstairs is the living space and kitchen. The living space has a sofa that has a trundle bed sleeper-sofa. It also has a television, DVD player and portable Air Conditioning unit.
• Upstairs are the second queen bed and bathroom. The bed area is enclosed and outside is a sofa and small table.
• The kitchen area includes utensils, full refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, stove top and oven.
• The Studio Loft Condominium accommodates 3 to 6 people.

Studio Loft Condominium #317 at Palisades Tahoe Lodge That is hard to beat and it puts you right where you want to be: immediately on the slopes or immediately on the trails!

At ski-in/ski-out Palisades Tahoe Lodge you have all the benefits of a perfect mountain location. You are located just steps from the resort chairlifts, KT22 and the Base-to-Base Gondola to Alpine Meadows. This two-story Palisade Tahoe Lodge condominium is 800 square feet with valley and partial pool views. It has two stories, two bathrooms, great gathering zones, and a dining spot.

Downstairs, the open living room has two sofas that create a great conversation zone. The adjacent dining table seats five. The living area also has a queen bed separated by a pony wall with sliding half walls and full cabinet that create increased privacy in the open loft studio space. There is also a portable AC unit to help take the edge off a hot Tahoe day. The kitchenette with white tile countertops, comes equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster and toaster oven, coffee maker, dishwasher and stove top. There is also an oven – an unusual amenity in a Studio Loft condo! The bathroom has an oversized tub/shower.

Upstairs the loft has a queen bed and its own bathroom. The bed zone is walled off for some additional peace and quiet. There is a seating area outside the room, at the top of the stairs with a sofa and small table.

You are truly in a great location at Palisades Tahoe Lodge #317. Steps from the chairs, from legendary KT22 and Base-to-Base Gondola to Alpine Meadows. If snow tubing, snowshoeing or Nordic (cross-country) skiing are of interest they are all very nearby. Summer grants easy access to the hiking trails. Shirley Canyon is truly around the corner. And summer is not complete without some time at the Palisade Tahoe Lodge swimming pool. Biking, hiking, Lake Tahoe beaches or boating or several nearby Tahoe golf courses are also all available.

It is all you need for a fun alpine getaway!

Your rental is a contract for a single vacation rental condo, with one owner in a multi-floor property. We are unable to reassign guests and adhere to all stated cancellation policies.

PLEASE NOTE: Unless you reserved a condominium equipped with a portable Air Conditioning unit, your condominium DOES NOT have Air Conditioning.

Parking is available for vehicles under 90 inches tall in the covered garage. Guests with oversized vehicles or trailers are responsible for securing their own off-site parking.

The property is clean, and the kitchenware is sufficient to support 5 adults. However, the laundry is not in the room, and you have to pay the utility fee.

Great location and amenities

Great location to the slopes, we were close to KT lift and walking distance to restaurants in the village. Amenities were nice (sauna, gym, hot tub) and useful esp since it rained a couple of the days we were there. Check in/check out process was simple and quick. Covered parking was nice as we did not have to worry about shoveling snow or getting snow off our cars. The loft itself was how it was described and as showed in pictures except the upstairs bedroom; it wasn’t completely private bc the wall didn’t fully hit the ceiling so there was open space allowing sound to come through. Bring ear plugs if sound will be issue for you while sleeping. Other than that, would stay here again due to location and amenities.

What is upgraded

The condo is very usable. Great location and clean. That being said, according to the description, it’s upgraded. Actually it is very age worn, dated and could use some upgrading. We were without heat for two days. The maintenance people were very responsive, just couldn’t keep the heat on for the first couple days we were there. Once they got it working, it was fine. Couches are very worn but usable and dining chairs are a bit loose. If you plan to cook, only salt and pepper are supplied, so bring whatever herbs and spices you will need.The communal hot tubs were great but the pool was closed. I would stay at this place again and would recommend it to others as long as you don’t mind an aging place that is right next to the base village and lifts.
