"The lodge was secluded and they've thought of everything as far as games & such to play instead of a TV! I was so happy to see no TV anywhere! The room was nice & bed comfy. Close to La Push & Forks. Easy to find & easy directions on check in. My only complaint was a guest not being cognizant or respectful of close quarters & thin walls....no fault of the lodge at all. Otherwise highly recommend this spot!! "

"My husband and I were running behind for check-in due to taking our kiddos to the irrigation festival fireworks. The gentleman who was running the front desk was amazing and communicated with us. We arrived just before 11pm when they were supposed to close the front desk, but he was more than willing to stay later and even figure out how to mark us as a late check-in if we were past 11:30pm. Definitely will stay again if needed. "

"We had a pleasant stay at a very economical price. Our room was upgraded without our asking for it and the room was very large. The Inn is very conveniently located for walking and biking the Olympic Discovery Trail. Shopping very close by. We'll stay again."

"For the price that is being charged per night, the hotel could use more updates. The bed were really comfortable but the air in the room felt stale and humid. The TVs are old so they are not smart TVs where you can stream Netflix etc. The restaurant is ok, again, for the prices that are being charged, the chef could be a little more creative and more seafood options should be available. The food was good but not amazing. The staff are really friendly and helpful."

"The property grounds are amazing and the view is priceless. Our 2 bedroom cabin faced the lake. The cabins are rustic and rudimentary. This is not for the luxury traveler. This stay is for the adventure explorer. "

"Parking was fine, I couldn't see cooking in the room working very well. The view is what made the stay lovely, we stayed in a corner room with Bald Eagles constantly flying just feet from the windows. Great diner two doors down."

"We loved Woodland Bluff house. It was fabulous! We rented the top floor of the home and it was beautiful and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathrooms were equivalent to having your own spa, and the massage chair was a great, new experience for us! We had a fire outside the first night by the bluff and watched the sunset. There is also a fabulous shared hot tub. "This is a beautiful area with cozy cabins right on the ocean. Ours was pet friendly. It had everything we needed. Very clean. Convenient midpoint location for exploring Hoh and Quinault. Easy access to walk down to the beach, and dogs on leash are allowed. A helpful set of information explaining how to get to various points of interest was available at check in. They have a text system that is extremely responsive to questions. We would absolutely recommend to our fellow pet loving travelers."

"It's an interesting place to stay for sure, love the vintage vibe however the neon beer signs in the windows at the restaurant kill that vibe a lot. I would definitely take the neon signs down. Not too expensive and close to downtown Portsend which is great! "
