"We had a wonderful stay at Bettina's place with our two kids. It had a fun park nearby, plus bakeries and grocery stores. Less than a block to the Ubahn and only 10 min walk to the museum quarter. And a great English language secondhand bookstore a couple of blocks away! Quiet, safe neighborhood. We'd definitely stay here again in Munich!"

"Very nice and clean apartment with a great view of the city. It’s located close to a grocery store, bank, liquor store, and a mall. Parking can be premium, but we always found a spot on the street by the Lidl grocery store. It is also located within a few miles of the BMW museum and Olympic Park."

"Die Wohnung ist in Schwabing gut gelegen und im MVV gut angebunden. Bis zum Marienplatz sind es nur wenige Stationen. Das Haus selbst ist in die Jahre gekommen aber grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Es gibt einen Aufzug. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat mit Hilfe eines Lockschlosses gut geklappt. Die Wohnung selbst war eine Katastrophe. Der Boden war nicht gesaugt. Es fanden sich tote Bienen, Dreck und Haare. Farbeimer standen rum und auf dem Balkon fanden sich Kippen auf dem Boden. Staub gewischt wurde auch...
