It took 2 hrs after 2pm checkin to get an outdated old villa which has spiral stairs and isn't safe for kids. "For the price the hotel was adequate, although there were a few things missing from the kitchen and a leg broken on the sofa. However the air con was included in the price, so was thankful for that. Could’ve done with a broom in the apartment or if cleaners would come in to sweep and empty bin would be great. Was a peaceful stay with nice pools and easy reach of restaurants and water park. "
