"I had a wonderful experience at Pitti Palace. The space was clean and cool! I particularly enjoy the breakfast menu and atmosphere. The lounge area was very well designed and most appreciated. We were allowed to store our luggage for several hours after checkout. The staff was friendly, welcoming, well informed… I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Torre del Castello. The location is perfect, making it easy to enjoy the surrounding area while still having a comfortable and peaceful place to return to. The property was exactly as described, clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The accommodations were comfortable, welcoming, and provided everything we needed for a great stay. Air Conditioning could be better, though functioning, it barely cooled the room. The check-in and check-out experience was superb....

"Really beautiful property and wonderful room. Hotel is immaculately clean and we thought the hotel had been renovated to a beautiful finish. We let the hotel know we were staying for our 10 year anniversary, and a bottle of Prosecco was left in our room with a note, which was extremely kind. A great location to stay in, just across the river. Passcode is provided for front door so can come and go as please. Have booked to stay in again in October!"
